is over 100 years old and borrowed from a family-run bakery in Germany. We maintain distinct cultures for gluten-free, whole wheat, and all-purpose flour, each with a unique character and flavor profile. Our cultures can cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
To maintain the accurate strength of the natural yeast culture, we feed and refresh our starter at regular intervals. This enables us to craft sourdough products with a perfect bounce, great texture, and flavor, uniquely designed for the Indian palate.
